• What does AFL have to do with this?
   

  AFL ŷ��AV remains your trainee’s legal employer, while they work at your school.

• Who employs the trainee?

  AFL ŷ��AV remains your trainee’s legal employer, however, the trainee will be “hosted” at your place of business and will work for you.

• Who selects the trainee to work in my school?

   AFL ŷ��AV will consult directly with you on your school’s needs and the qualities you are seeking in a trainee. We will then shortlist applicants based on the identified criteria and present these to you for your consideration and your final decision. You have the final say in who gets the job.

• What course will be suitable and how is the education organised as part of the Traineeship program?

   AFL ŷ��AV will work with the host employer to determine the most suitable qualification based on the duties the trainee will undertake. A dedicated AFL ŷ��AV Educator will host regular training sessions to support the trainee to achieve their qualification.
