ABOUT THE ROLE
AFL Å·ÃÀAV is currently seeking expressions of interest from applicants looking to secure a traineeship in Melbourne, commencing in 2024. Traineeships are an amazing opportunity that allows you to earn while you learn, gaining real-world experience and invaluable skills along the way. AFL Å·ÃÀAV will be your legal employer and you will work on-site with one of our many partners depending on the industry you want to work in. Some of our partners include The AFL, St Kilda FC, Hawthorn FC, Camberwell Grammar, Siena College, Marcellin, ANZ, Cushman and Wakefield, City of Boroondara and more.

ABOUT YOU
• Preferred candidate – recent school leaver • Current university applicants may have to defer their studies to be eligible for this traineeship • Enthusiastic and have a positive attitude • Strong communication skills • Good time management / organisational skills • Capacity to problem-solve • Attention to detail • A permanent right to work in Australia
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
As a trainee, you will be learning how to support your host employer through a range of tasks. Depending on your preferred industry, some of your duties as a trainee may include: • General admin and office support • Providing customer service • Maintaining data and filing • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders • Assisting with the delivery of events • Other duties as required Eligibility criteria may apply for this program in relation to work rights, prior qualifications, police check, Working with children’s check and COVID-19 vaccination requirements. SALARY
